    🌟 Meeting Management - we arrange meetings between you and your selected candidates

    🌟 Offer management - we put forward your offer to the approved candidate and assist with basic questions. You must provide statement of work and any referencing

  • The biggest difference between us and other recruitment agencies is that we work on a fixed fee basis. Meaning you can save hundreds in recruitment fees per project placement.

    We will have a consultation with you ahead of kicking off our search, then we will reach out to all of the candidates that best match your project.

    Once an offer has been made and the candidate starts, then we will send over the invoice, which has a 7 day payment term.

  • What makes us difference from us and other recruitment agencies? We charge a fixed fee per project placement, meaning you can save hundreds across the course of the project.

    Our fee is £1,000 + VAT per project placement.

  • Most recruitment agencies that work on contract / temp roles, charge between 10-15% of the monthly wage of the candidate.

    Meaning a £350 per day candidate on a 3 month contract could cost you as little as £2,100 or as much as £3,150, across the duration of the placement.

    We charge a fixed fee of £1000 per placement, going by the calculations above you could save between £1,100 - £2,150.

  • Our candidates have experience in most areas of Marketing, Media and Creative skills. We have candidates who focus on areas from Social Media, Design, Campaigns, Project Management, Copywriting, Client Services, Strategy, Research, and many more.

  • Our candidates have a variety of backgrounds in most industries, meaning we are very likely to find you a candidate who has experience in the same industries as your clients.

  • Over the last 8 years we have worked with 10 marketing, media and creative agencies in the UK, US, and Australia

  • No, we are a worldwide community, with candidates in the UK, Ireland, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and The Philippines.

  • If a candidate doesn’t start after agreeing to, we will not invoice for the placement of that candidate

    However, if the candidate does start and leave within the first week of placement we will refund £650.

    If the candidate leaves within 2 weeks of starting, we will refund £300.

    The above applies if the candidate decides to leave, if you decide to terminate the contract with the candidate, we can not refund.
